Robert Parish – President, CEO

Robert's passion in life involves meeting the needs of others.  He truly enjoys helping people.  With more than 13 years of sales and installation experience, he has been able to use this knowledge to assist our wonderful customers with their unique projects.  Since our company is small, he needs to attend to many different areas on any given day. Working as President/CEO, sales person, technical support, human resources, stone fabricator and numerous other positions enables him to stay immersed in all aspects of the business every day. This hands-on approach allows Badger Masonry to meet the many needs of their customers.  Since Robert's life experience is vast, he is able to connect with any customer that walks through our door.  Many of their customers have become friends of ours, which brings great satisfaction to his wife and himself. Building the small company by starting out with humble beginnings, but always keeping the customer’s needs as their number one priority, sets Badger Masonry apart from their competition. This is something that Robert continues to say over and over..

Shelly O'Connor – Sales, Customer Service

With over 10 years of experience in the area of sales and customer service, Shelly does a wonderful job with every customer that walks through the door. Her vast knowledge of the products and services Badger Masonry offers allows her to assist, not only the retail customers, but also the contractor customers, as well. Because they are a small company, Shelly also accepts the duties of purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, and trucking dispatch.  She does an exceptional job as our all-around operations manager/office manager. Shelly has been a valuable team member at Badger since the company’s inception in 2005. When you call or email the office, she will most likely be the friendly voice you will correspond with first.

Grant Renderman – Supervisor

Grant joined the Badger Masonry team in September 2007.  He is the yard and warehouse supervisor. For the customers and contractors that need material loaded or unloaded, Grant would most likely be the person to assist them.  In addition, Grant performs the duties of fireplace installer out in the field, material deliverer to jobsites and on occasion, telephone greeter when everyone else is busy.  Grant does an excellent job in multi-tasking to assist with the needs of the customers.

Marty Witt – Sales

Marty is an expert in the fireplace and masonry industry with nearly 10 years of industry experience. He is able to help customers within the showroom find the perfect fireplace for their home, solve our customers needs in their home, and be there for any support needed at any point. Marty's versatility and attention to detail allow him to work on multiple unique projects at the same time and perform at a top level on all of them like our customers expect.
